buck wild wedding bash

when i got approached by 96.9 wink fm to photograph the buck wild wedding bash...i was surprisingly nervous, pretty darn flattered, and of course super excited. i found myself dialing my father's number to tell him about my newest photography deal and i could hear him smiling for me. so much so that 15 minutes after we hung up he dialed me back to tell me his flight was booked and he was flying down to partake in the valentine's day buck wild wedding bash as well. ...that and it gave him a good excuse to high tail it out of mn. it's easy for me to understand the sunny warmth of florida, freezing minnesota...is there any question?

our happy valentine's day took place at the beautiful sanibel harbour marriott resort & spa



and it was difficult to remember that i too was not on vacation with views like this



i knew that the day was going to go fast...just one big hectic frenzy of love.
because it was valentine's day and 48 couples...96 lovebirds were going to tie the big knot!

congratulations to each and every couple. my father, assistant danielle and i had the perfect valentine's day just being able to share in one of the greatest days of your life. thanks for letting us capture your special day.
